Senior Estimator, Construction Bidding and Consulting
Prepares accurate project estimates, reviews plans and specifications, obtains pricing, and develops competitive bids while identifying cost risks and opportunities. Responsible for conceptual and detailed estimating for cost consulting: schematic through construction documents. 7+ years of experience in construction estimating; Planswift and Primavera P6 a plus.
Project Manager, General Contracting
Manage trade contractors, schedules, and budgets on commercial and institutional GC engagements. Active CCM or PMP credentials preferred.
Construction Manager / Owner's Representative
Represent owners on complex construction projects: coordinating trade partners, reviewing change orders, and protecting client schedule and budget.
Construction Superintendent
Oversees daily construction site operations, coordinates subcontractors, ensures safety and quality standards, manages schedules, and keeps projects on time and within scope.
Estimator, Commercial & Mixed-Use
Produce conceptual through CD-phase estimates for commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Project Engineer / Construction Assistant
Support PMs and estimators with takeoffs, document control, RFIs, and submittals. Entry-level role with growth path into estimating or project management.
